Another essential feature provided by Titan
at no extra charge is a remote reboot switch. If your server should
stop responding for some reason you can effectively restart it by
a hard reboot. We give you a username and password for access to
a web controllable reboot switch (below) :
Should your server not respond at 2AM on a Sunday
morning this feature is a godsend. Other companies offer SLA's that
promise (and sometimes do not deliver) reboots within 30 minutes
- why wait when you can do the job yourself ?
A single port is provided with all colocation
and dedicated servers. If your server has more than one power supply
that you wish to make use of you will need additional port(s) on
a reboot switch. These are provided as standard on 2U and above servers or charged at £10.00 per month for a 1U server.
