Every single server that we host (whether it
be one of ours, a dedicated server or a customers own server) is
monitored 24x7x365 by complex analysis tools.
Not only can we monitor servers uptime based
on ping returns but we can monitor individual services on a server
- web, POP3, SMTP, DNS, FTP are all standard offerings. What about
Radius, ASP/PHP/Coldfusion services, ODBC datasources, SQL2000 databases
etc. We can also monitor those.
We can configure our monitoring tools to alert
you via email however the best feature we've left to last. In the
event of a failure we can even configure the software to restart
certain services and if that does not work, automatically reboot
the server.
Its like having your own dedicated support staff
every hour of every day.
