Standard Managed Service

Availability - 24x7x365 system monitoring, immediate response to alerts
Security Updates and Patching - we ensure you server is kept up to date with the latest hotfixes and service packs.
Backups - Backing up servers on a daily basis in a 7day rotation, checking the backups are OK
Disk Space - Monitoring that sufficient space is available at all times
Operating System - Log file rotation/compression, adding and removing users, network + IP configuration and scheduled tasks configuration
DNS - Adding and removing domain names, modifying zone records and managing DNS configuration
Domain names - Modification and registration (registration at usual price)

Advanced Managed Service

Includes all the standard service features plus :
Web Server - Adding new websites, configuring sites (custom errors, password protection etc), installing other components as required.
FTP Server - Adding and removing users, configuring anonymous FTP
Mail Server - Configuring e-mail addresses, POP3 accounts, auto responders and mailing lists
